Dogs Being Loved
This project is inspired by the late dog’s journey and regret of not capturing enough memories, I wanted to document and visualize the bond between aging or disabled dogs and their owners. At this moment, both the dog and the owner are in a vulnerable state—the dog physically and the owner emotionally—but this makes their love for each other even more profound.

I aimed to capture a group portrait and some daily moments in each set of photos, experimenting with different angles to make the images more dynamic and engaging.

Dog Portraits for Documentary film -  PUPPY LOVE: Tails of the City
PUPPY LOVE: Tails of the City is an intimate short documentary that explores the heartwarming and at times challenging world of dog parenting in New York City. Through diverse stories of adoption, care, and companionship, the film reveals the deep emotional bonds between dogs and their humans. It explores universal themes of connection, healing, and community, while reminding us that rescue is not just about saving one dog, it’s about building a more compassionate world where every being feels safe, seen, and valued. In caring for animals, we nurture empathy that strengthens us all.

These photos were taken to support the crowdfunding campaign for this short film.
